These Terms govern your use of thedigitalnomad.co.in and all services by Shayak Munshi / The Digital Nomad™. By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Offered
SEO Content Writing, SEO Audits, AI Tool Reviews, Social Media Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing Consulting.
3. Client Engagements
All paid engagements require a written agreement. Work begins after receipt of agreed advance (typically 50% upfront). Clients must provide necessary information and feedback within agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of content created for them. Until full payment is received, all IP remains with The Digital Nomad™. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or as agreed. GST applicable per Indian tax law. Late payments may attract 2% per month interest.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Nomad™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services provided “as is.” No guarantee of specific results such as rankings or traffic increases, as these depend on factors outside our control.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
